Quick and easy salsa verde

Ingredients

can of tomatillos
12oz/340g
2-3
cloves
of fresh garlic
minced

small onion
chopped

jalapeƱo pepper
seeded and chopped
1/3
cup
of fresh cilantro
chopped Freshly squeezed just of

lime
1/3
cup
sunflower oil
salt to taste
Instructions
Add all ingredients into the food processor and slowly pulse until smooth. Don't over process: you don't want it to come out too watery.
